| During this last holiday season, I was a saint! My food choices were completely vital, fresh and delicious! I can honestly say that I broke the cultural programming that holidays somehow need to be gluttonous. I feasted on living foods and was rewarded with energy and clarity. After my holiday break to Colorado, I have been noticing something interesting. Between the rain and not being prepared with all my superfood tools, I have started to eat cooked foods on a regular basis. Granted, I take Pure Synergy Supergreens and Amazon Herb Digestazon before eating my vegan cooked meals, but all the same, cooked foods do make me much more sleepy and sluggish.
